Horizon Care Ltd is recruiting SEN teachers for Thornycroft School in Oldham to educate secondary-aged pupils in a specialist SEN environment. You will prioritise Maths and English and contribute to a holistic, bespoke curriculum designed to support pupils aged 5–19 with SEMH and additional needs.

The Headteacher and school team seek an outstanding classroom practitioner with energy, passion, and strong organisation to raise standards and foster a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS qualification required.
• Proven teaching and learning experience.
• Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge.

We are looking for SEN Teachers of Secondary aged children to join our new school in the Oldham (OL8) area, you will be working with children aged 5-19 in a specialist SEN environment.

MATHS AND ENGLISH TEACHING A PRIORITY.

Thornycroft School is a brand-new, Independent Specialist Day school providing high-quality education for up to 70 pupils.

Located in Oldham, Greater Manchester, the school will meet the diverse needs of pupils aged 5-19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism.
