This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff to provide individualised and targeted support, helping pupils access the curriculum, develop their confidence and make meaningful progress both academically and personally.
We are looking for someone who is nurturing, adaptable and committed, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and create a calm and supportive environment where every child feels valued, included and encouraged to achieve their potential.
We offer £100 referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who complete five or more shifts.
