The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support staff to provide tailored support to individual pupils, helping them access the curriculum, develop their confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
We are looking for someone who is nurturing, adaptable and committed, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and create a calm, supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in SEN support who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve success.
We offer £100 referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who complete five or more shifts.
