Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people in a school, care, or youth work setting.
• Calm, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Providing classroom and 1:1 support to students with SEN or additional learning needs.
• Assisting teachers with behaviour management and lesson delivery.
• Helping students build confidence, regulate emotions, and stay engaged with learning.
• Working closely with the SENCO and pastoral teams to deliver targeted support.
