Remedy Education is recruiting a SEN School Support Worker for a specialist school in Lewisham. The role involves 1:1 and small group support for learners with diverse educational needs, building trusting relationships and helping learners develop learning and independence.

Start ASAP. Salary £100–£116 per day, term-time only. DBS clearance is required or a willingness to apply. You will join a supportive team dedicated to helping learners thrive in a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and adaptable.
• Willing to learn and develop through hands on experience.
• Enhanced DBS check required, or willingness to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners.
• Build positive relationships with learners and support learning and engagement.
• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
• Maintain a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow all policies and procedures daily.
