Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEND.
• Able to adapt teaching approaches to diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and relationships with students and families.
• Creative problem-solving and flexibility.
• DBS check and confidentiality commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised support and tailored learning experiences for students with SEND.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement teaching strategies.
• Foster an inclusive and nurturing environment that celebrates diversity.
• Assist with the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and adapt materials.
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records.
• Support personal care and daily living activities as needed.
