Education People Ltd is partnering with a Weston-super-Mare primary school to recruit a SEN Teacher for their small resource base. The role starts in September 2026 and involves teaching a very small class of primary pupils with ASD/SEMH in a calm, nurturing setting.

You will personalise the curriculum to each child, plan engaging lessons, and build strong relationships to understand how each pupil learns best. QTS with SEN experience is highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS and have primary teaching experience.
• Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
• Understanding ASD and SEMH is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt and personalise the curriculum for small groups.

Responsibilities
