Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Ltd in Bedford is seeking a dedicated SEND Practitioner to support pupils with SEND in a mainstream primary school, full-time. The role focuses on Year 3 in the mornings and Year 5 in the afternoons to help pupils access learning and reach their potential.

You will work with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support, foster positive behaviour and confidence, and create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Patient, caring and adaptable.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Passionate about helping every child succeed.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply for one.

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a school in Bedford to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEND Practitioner to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a mainstream primary school setting, on a full-time basis.

The role involves supporting pupils in Year 3 in the mornings and Year 5 in the afternoons, helping them access learning, build confidence and reach their full potential.
