Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting individuals through mentoring, coaching or education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mentoring sessions and learning activities to pupils.
• Plan and track progress against EHCP outcomes.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with learners.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
