Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited seeks Outreach Mentor in Solihull to deliver mentoring in a community setting, tracking progress against EHCP targets and building supportive relationships. Training provided, including planning, assessment and reporting.

The role operates outside traditional school settings, with flexible hours 8.30am–3.30pm, term-time only, paying £90–£110 per day plus mileage. A driving licence and DBS clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals in education, coaching or mentoring.
• Ability to plan activities for individuals or groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
