Job summary

Supply Star Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of Warwickshire Council for an Outreach Learning Support Mentor to work 1:1 with a young person in the community. The role is 7 hours per week, with sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:30–13:00.

A clear DBS is required and experience working with children in SEND settings is essential. The young person has Autism, anxiety, trauma, and sensory needs, and the role is temporary and ongoing.

Qualifications

• DBS clearance is required.
• Experience working with children in SEND settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 learning support to a young person in the community.
• Assist with behaviour support, communication and sensory strategies as part of EHCP goals.
