Rikama Education Ltd are recruiting a Maths Teacher for a SEN school on the West Sussex/East Sussex/Kent border, to plan and deliver lessons for 7-19-year-olds with special needs.

The role requires experience in teaching Maths to students with additional needs, including Autism and SEMH, and an emphasis on excellent behaviour management. QTS is ideal, with a supportive consultant and CPD opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering Maths lessons to learners with special needs.
• Experience with Autism and SEMH considerations.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for 7–19-year-olds with SEN.
• Adapt teaching to accommodate Autism and SEMH needs.
• Collaborate with support staff and school's SEN team to monitor progress.
