Job summary
Rikama Education Ltd are partnering with a SEN school on the West Sussex/East Sussex/Kent border to recruit a Maths Teacher who can plan and deliver lessons for 7-19 year olds with special needs.
The ideal candidate will have Maths teaching experience, be adept at managing student behaviour, and demonstrate patience working with Autism and SEMH needs. QTS and motivated, skilled teaching in SEN settings are highly valued.
Qualifications
- Experience teaching Maths to diverse learners, including students with special needs.
- Experience with Autism and SEMH students is highly desirable.
- QTS and strong behaviour management are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Maths lessons to 7–19 year olds with SEN.
- Support a range of additional needs and create inclusive learning environments.

Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a SEN school located on the West Sussex/East Sussex/Kent border who are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher who can plan and deliver lessons to 7-19 year olds with special needs.
Ideally you will have experience of teaching Maths, teaching students and supporting a range of additional needs. In particular we are looking for applicants that are experienced in working with Autism and SEMH.
Ideally you will have QTS, have excellent behaviour management, be a skilled practitioner, and have the motivation and patience to teach children with special needs.
