Job summary

Strategy Education Ltd is currently seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in primary schools across Walthamstow, East London.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils with learning and development, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom. Flexibility for casual and long-term placements is offered, with ongoing recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school setting.
• Ability to work 1:1 or in small groups.
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic.
• Reliable and committed.
• Likely experience in a primary school setting.
