Job summary

GUARDIAN SELECTION LIMITED is recruiting a SEN Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 3-19 with severe learning difficulties, autism, and complex medical needs. The role focuses on providing compassionate, patient support in a dynamic setting.

You will work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities for training and potential teacher training in the future, helping students reach their academic, social, and emotional potential.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to work across all age groups in the school.

SEN Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
