Job summary

Remedy Education in Greenwich is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils across KS3 to KS5, supporting engaging lessons and inclusive activities.

You will work alongside teachers, provide one-to-one and small group support, encourage participation, and help create a safe, encouraging classroom environment. This role offers a flexible supply to longer-term placements with ASAP start and daily pay £100–£117.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in educational settings.
• DBS check current or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work across KS3, KS4 and KS5 settings.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with children
• A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settings
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
