Job summary

Just Teachers Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a well‑resourced SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon. The role is due to start in September 2026, with an earlier start possible for the right candidate.

You will provide tailored support to pupils with SEN (including ASD and ADHD), assist the class teacher with personalised learning plans, support 1:1 or small groups to promote engagement, and help develop independence, confidence and social skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt to varying needs of students.
