Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon. This full-time role focuses on pupils with SEMH and complex needs, offering 1:1 and small-group support to help them access learning.

You will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to build confidence, independence and positive behaviours, contributing to a nurturing and safeguarding-focused environment.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Stratford-upon-Avon, working with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and complex additional needs.

The role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to provide tailored support to pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will help children overcome barriers to learning, develop their confidence and independence, and feel safe and supported within the school environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
