The role

Due to the needs of the students, it is essential that you have previous experience working with complex needs, preferably in a school setting. This school is very different from mainstream schools, and candidates should be aware of this!

The role of SEN Learning Support Assistant involves supporting the class teacher with various tasks. It primarily involves 1-1 support, requiring you to be proactive and work closely with other LSAs in the school.
