We are looking for enthusiastic and caring SEN Learning Support Assistants to join welcoming schools across Thurrock. As an SEN LSA, you'll play an important role in helping pupils access learning, develop their independence and make meaningful progress. You'll work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and other professionals to provide individualised support based on each child's needs.
Many of the pupils you'll support will have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), giving you the opportunity to provide targeted support and help implement strategies that enable children to thrive both academically and socially.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
