Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Totton, Southampton on a long-term basis. The role involves providing classroom support and 1:1 assistance for a pupil with SEN, helping them access learning and reach their full potential.

With ongoing guidance from your dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant, you will contribute to an inclusive and positive learning environment, supporting academic, social and emotional

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is desirable.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is an advantage.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to build positive relationships.
• Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting young learners.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Teaching Personnel is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Totton, Southampton on a long-term basis.

This rewarding role involves providing classroom support and 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning and reach their full potential.
