Job summary

Protocol Education is working with welcoming primary schools in Mitcham that are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will support pupils in the classroom and work with the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.

This role welcomes graduates or experienced assistants and offers flexible hours, ongoing training, and potential for long-term or permanent roles. A DBS check is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, coaching or similar setting.
• Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and confident supporting children of different abilities.
• Holds a DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
