Job summary

Stoughton Infant and Nursery School in Guildford, part of Learning Partners Academy Trust, is seeking calm, enthusiastic and resilient staff to support Reception intervention and Nursery sessions, especially for children with high needs.

This role offers term-time hours (30 per week), with 7 INSET days, and a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, within a nurturing and inclusive school community that values teamwork and continuing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN in EYFS.
• Calm, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
• Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
• We are looking for candidates with a good general education (Maths & English GCSE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support in Reception intervention and Nursery classrooms for children with high needs.
• Help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve the best outcomes for children.
