Job summary

Stoughton Infant and Nursery School in Guildford, part of Learning Partners Academy Trust, is seeking calm, enthusiastic and resilient staff to support Reception intervention and Nursery sessions, especially for children with high needs.

This role offers term-time hours (30 per week), with 7 INSET days, and a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, within a nurturing and inclusive school community that values teamwork and continuing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with SEN in EYFS.
• Calm, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
• Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
• We are looking for candidates with a good general education (Maths & English GCSE or equivalent).

School Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for calm, enthusiastic and resilient candidates to work in Reception intervention classroom and also in our Nursery classroom at Stoughton Infant and Nursery School in Guildford. This role will involve working closely with children with high additional needs. Experience of working with SEN children is preferable. Stoughton Infant and Nursery School is a successful infant school in Guildford, which is part of Learning Partners Academy Trust. Role Details

30 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Weeks: Term time plus 7 INSET days. Term: Fixed-term until 31st August 2027. Grade: LPT3. Salary: FTE £26,044; pro-rated £18,834 p.a.
