Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a SEN School in Leatherhead, Surrey. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs and help create a caring, inclusive classroom.

Experience in education or childcare is advantageous. The role can be full-time or flexible hours, with a strong commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting children with additional learning needs is beneficial.
• Experience in education or childcare is advantageous.
• Able to work full-time or flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs.
• Assist children with SEN, speech and language difficulties, autism, physical or medical needs.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with staff to monitor and support pupil progress and well-being.
