Job summary

Babington House is seeking an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to start in September. You will join a strong learning support team, providing high quality support across the school and in 1-2-1 SEN contexts.

The role offers fixed-term, one-year employment with a Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule (term-time only, paid lunch break). A Level 3 childcare certificate is required, and the school commits to safeguarding and professional support.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in a school.
• Committed and enthusiastic with a passion for childcare.
• Provide high quality support across the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated classroom support and 1-2-1 SEN support in a classroom setting and via interventions.
• Support pupils to access learning in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Assist the learning support team as part of Babington House's strong dynamic team.
