Job summary

Babington House is seeking an outstanding Learning Support Assistant to join the strong learning support team. You will provide dedicated classroom support as well as 1-2-1 SEN support in a classroom setting and through interventions.

The role is fixed-term for one year with a Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 schedule, term-time only including a paid lunch break. Applicants must pass safeguarding checks and will help create a happy, safe, stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Demonstrates commitment and enthusiasm for childcare.
• A passion for providing a happy, safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated classroom support.
• Provide dedicated 1-2-1 SEN support in class and via interventions.
• Support pupils' learning and well-being during lessons.
