Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable.
• Patient, calm and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to recognise and respond to individual needs.
• Flexible approach and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
• Relevant education, childcare, SEN or support experience would be advantageous.

Apex Educ8 are looking for a SEN Teaching/Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Sutton, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
