Job summary

Eden School in Macclesfield, part of Family Care, seeks a Lead Teacher with experience across KS2–KS4 in mainstream or special settings to lead teaching, learning and curriculum development, elevating educational quality.

You will work with the Headteacher to drive high standards, support disengaged learners, and apply a therapeutic approach to education. QTS is required, with SEN leadership experience.

Qualifications

• SEN teaching and leadership experience expected.
• Experience leading curriculum or subject leadership.
• Ability to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
