Job summary

SENse Learning in the United Kingdom is seeking Intervention Tutors to deliver bespoke, one-to-one tutoring for SEND and SEMH learners. You will engage with pupils through in-person, online, and hybrid sessions, tailoring sessions to EHCPs and risk assessments.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years post-NQT experience, QTS/QTLS, and a commitment to trauma-informed, holistic education. Safeguarding and references are required as part of a safer recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed approach
• QTS or QTLS qualified
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with children and young people with a range of needs
• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tutoring support
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback
