Job summary

Qualifications
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a specialist setting.
- Experience supporting children/young people with SEND.
- Strong understanding of ASC, SEMH, SLCN and learning difficulties.
Responsibilities
- Lead small group and whole-class sessions in the teacher's absence.
- Deliver targeted intervention programmes to support academic and personal development.
- Adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs.
- Promote positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation techniques.
- Monitor, record, and report on student achievements and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence.
