Job summary

REESON Education are recruiting an experienced SEN HLTA / Unqualified Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Brent from September 2026. QTS is not essential, but candidates must have relevant SEN experience and be confident taking responsibility for leading a classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEN in a primary setting.
• Proven classroom leadership and ability to lead independently.
• Excellent behaviour management and routines establishment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a classroom with day-to-day routines.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development via targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with the SENCo, teachers and support staff to plan provision.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to discuss progress.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessments and interventions.
• Assist the SENCo with SEN provision, meetings and admin.
