Are you a graduate with a passion for SEN and the drive to make a difference to pupils with additional needs?*** SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant*** September 2025 – July 2026*** £81–£101 per day*** Location: Yardley*** 1:1 and small group support to children with autism and ADHDThe RoleAs an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils across the school who have additional needs, focusing mainly on autism and ADHD. You’ll deliver targeted interventions; help manage sensory and behavioural challenges and adapt learning resources to suit individual needs. Your support will take place in the classroom, in small group settings, and through dedicated 1:1 sessions, always working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with a calm, patient nature and a strong interest in SEN. You might be considering a future in educational psychology, teaching, or therapy, and want practical school-based experience. Experience working with children or young people in any setting—especially those with additional needs—is highly desirable.
