Are you a graduate with a passion for supporting children with additional needs—and ready to make a real impact in a primary classroom?*** 1:1 SEN Graduate LSA*** September 2025 – July 2026*** £81–£101 per day*** Location: Ward of Selly Oak*** 1:1 support in Year 1 for a child with autismThe RoleAs a 1:1 SEN Graduate LSA, you’ll support a child in Year 1 who has a diagnosis of autism. Your role will involve helping them access the curriculum, manage transitions, and build key social and communication skills. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow a personalised support plan, using a mix of structured learning and play-based approaches tailored to the child’s needs.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with a calm, patient, and empathetic nature. You might be considering a career in SEN teaching, speech and language therapy, or educational psychology. Experience working with children with additional needs—whether in a school, care setting or volunteering—is highly desirable.
