Your role will involve helping them access the curriculum, manage transitions, and build key social and communication skills. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow a personalised support plan, using a mix of structured learning and play-based approaches tailored to the child’s needs.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with a calm, patient, and empathetic nature. You might be considering a career in SEN teaching, speech and language therapy, or educational psychology. Experience working with children with additional needs—whether in a school, care setting or volunteering—is highly desirable.
