Weekly Pay: 455 - 480
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm (term time only)

Contract: Long-term, Temp-to-Perm
Long Term Futures is seeking a caring and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to support a small group of Reception pupils with high needs (5:1 ratio) at a welcoming primary school in Weoley Castle. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
What the school is looking for:
Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a Primary School or Preschool
Strong experience supporting children with SEN - particularly ASD, communication needs, and sensory regulation
Familiarity with Makaton, PECS, and early phonics support
A solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development
