Qualifications

• QTS with SEMH classroom experience.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour and support emotional regulation.
• Experience teaching students aged 11-16 with SEND.
• Flexible, safeguarding-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Functional Skills English, Maths and/or ICT/Digital Skills lessons.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs and abilities.
• Work with support staff and professionals to support EHCP outcomes.
