We support a number of SEN and alternative education settings across Birmingham and have been asked to recruit Functional Skills Teachers for September. You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons in Functional Skills English, Maths and/or ICT/Digital Skills, adapting teaching to meet the individual needs and abilities of each learner. You'll work closely with support staff and other professionals to support EHCP outcomes, monitor progress, build confidence and promote positive learning outcomes. Lessons may be delivered on a one-to-one or small-group basis, depending on the needs of the setting and learners.
