Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant for a 1:1 ARP role in Waltham Forest. This full-time post runs five days per week with an immediate start. You will support Nursery and EYFS pupils within an ARP, including personal care as needed.

The ideal candidate holds Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualifications, has SEN experience, and can work independently with a caring, flexible approach. The position offers weekly PAYE, ongoing CPD, and supportive consultants.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 EYFS qualification.
• SEN experience in a school setting.
• Able to work independently and with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil in an ARP.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and ARP team to support development.
