Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Bath is seeking dedicated SEN Educators to support children with Special Educational Needs in a variety of welcoming schools. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work with teachers and SENCOs, and help pupils develop confidence, communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN aged 4-11.
• Understanding of a range of needs and inclusive strategies.
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group SEN support.
• Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH or complex learning difficulties.
• Helping children access learning in a way that works for them.
• Encouraging emotional regulation, communication and independence.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Implementing individual support strategies and education plans.
• Promoting inclusion, engagement and positive outcomes throughout the school day.
