Job summary

Protocol Education Limited partners with welcoming primary schools across Bath to recruit Learning Support Assistants for short-term and long-term assignments. You will support pupils one-to-one and in small groups, helping them access learning and build confidence.

Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will nurture emotional regulation, behaviour and inclusive learning. This rewarding role offers flexible placements across Bath schools and weekly pay, with DBS and safeguarding training

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools or similar settings.
• Calm, patient and resilient, able to support pupils with diverse needs.
• Confident building relationships with pupils, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Help pupils access learning inside and outside the classroom.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to deliver targeted support.
• Assist with intervention sessions and inclusion activities.
