Position Overview

We are looking for a SEN Coordinator. This hybrid role involves SEN administration and casework. It is not solely an EHC plan writing role but requires experience beyond general admin, as the role involves managing a caseload, writing or amending EHC plans, and being a first contact point for young people, families, and settings. The role also includes processing finance tasks such as payment schedules for high needs top-ups to schools.

Experience and Knowledge

• Knowledge of SEN, Post-16 transfer, and EHC plan components is essential.
• Experience working in a statutory SEN service.
• Experience working for a local authority SEND service.
