Blackfriars Academy is seeking an exceptional Classroom Teacher to join one of our Complex Needs Classes. Our students have diverse needs, including medical and physical conditions, autism, visual and hearing impairments, and severe learning difficulties.
We are looking for a passionate, committed professional to become part of our dedicated and experienced team, providing outstanding educational experiences to our students.
Ideal Candidate: Driven by a belief in each student's potential, with proven ability to create engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to individual needs. Collaboration within a close-knit team of specialists is essential.
Essential Experience: Experience working with students with complex special educational needs.
We serve approximately 120 students aged 11-19 with profound, complex, moderate, or severe learning needs in a supportive, inclusive environment where students thrive.

Our special schools cater to children and young people with a wide range of needs, including medical, sensory, social-emotional, and mental health challenges.
