Job summary

Manor Green School, part of the Ascendancy Partnership Trust, invites applications for an experienced Class Teacher in a large special school serving around 300 pupils aged 2–19 with complex needs. You will plan, deliver and assess learning while supporting therapeutic and enrichment programs.

The role requires UK QTS and SEN experience or a genuine interest to develop in this field, with responsibilities including team leadership within the classroom and collaboration across staff to ensure

Qualifications

• Must have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience or keen interest in SEN teaching.
• Strong planning, assessment and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for a small class.
• Lead and manage support staff including performance of HLTA.
• Collaborate with all school staff to promote student progress and wellbeing.
• Evaluate and report on student progress and outcomes.
