Job summary

Senovo Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a welcoming SEN school in Tower Hamlets, London. You will help pupils develop trust, emotional regulation and practical strategies for successful participation in school.

Joining a supportive team, you will build relationships, support transitions and use restorative approaches, while coordinating with classroom and pastoral colleagues to maintain consistent boundaries and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
• Ability to maintain boundaries and safeguard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships and model boundaries.
• Support pupils through transitions and reflection.
