Senovo Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a welcoming SEN school in Tower Hamlets, London. You will help pupils develop trust, emotional regulation and practical strategies for successful participation in school.

Joining a supportive team, you will build relationships, support transitions and use restorative approaches, while coordinating with classroom and pastoral colleagues to maintain consistent boundaries and safeguarding standards.

• A calm, reliable approach and strong communication with colleagues.
• Sound professional boundaries and safeguarding awareness.
• QTS is not required for this classroom-support role.
