Job summary

Justteachers is seeking a committed SEN Behaviour Coach to join a welcoming school in the Bradford area on a long-term basis. This full-time role is available to start in September with shortlisting currently in progress.

You will provide support to pupils with SEN on a one-to-one or small-group basis, implement structured behaviour strategies and work collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff and pastoral teams to promote positive learning and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN, behaviour support or pastoral settings.
• Experience supporting children or young people with additional or complex needs.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
• Two education or school-based references.

Responsibilities
