Job summary

Octric Semiconductors Ltd in Newton Aycliffe (UK) is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to support the development, integration and qualification of new semiconductor technologies at Octric's cleanroom facility in County Durham.

Reporting to the Yield & Integration Manager, you will work across Process, Device, Design, Quality and Production teams to develop robust, manufacturable process flows and drive improvements that boost yield and device performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process development environment.
• Understanding of wafer fabrication and interactions between process steps.
• Experience with process integration, development or technology transfer into manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate new technologies into robust, manufacturable process flows.
• Collaborate across Process, Device, Design, Quality and Production teams to support development through production.
• Plan and coordinate engineering trials to demonstrate process capability and manufacturability.
• Analyse process, electrical and yield data to identify trends and issues.
• Apply SPC, DOE and FMEA techniques to support process development and improvement.
