IC Resources supports a leading North East semiconductor company in recruiting a Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield Engineer. You will develop and integrate new process technologies and drive yield improvements across existing production-qualified processes, ensuring robust, high-yield manufacturing.

The role requires close collaboration with Operations and external agencies to ensure licenses to operate are met and environmental responsibilities are fulfilled, while maintaining quality

Qualifikationen

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of yield and process integration.
• Experience in development or production within a quality environment.
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics (or related field).

Our client is developing cutting-edge, next generation compound semiconductors, and is a leader within the North East’s emerging semiconductor cluster. They are now searching for a Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield Engineer to be responsible for the development and integration new process technologies and yield improvement initiatives across existing production qualified manufacturing processes. The role will involve acting as interface with all disciplines within the Operations Dept to ensure stable, robust, repeatable, sustainable and high yielding manufacturing processes are achieved, monitored and maintained with the needs of the customer being paramount.The primary function of the role is to work closely with the environmental agencies and specialist consultants to ensure the plant and equipment are designed and operated in a manner that ensures the licenses to operate are fully adhered to and complied with.

Required skills for the Semiconductor Process Integration and Yield Engineer will include:

• Experience of working in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Yield and process integration knowledge
• Evidence of understanding development or production within a quality environment.
• Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering/Physics or other relevant degree
