Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions Ltd in Hampshire seeks an Electronics Test & Development Engineer for a specialist semiconductor device test house. You will contribute to hands-on testing and method development in a busy lab, learning from senior engineers.

Applicants may have just graduated in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or have years of electronics experience. A 2:1 or First in related subject, strong maths, a full UK driving licence, and daily office work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or First in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related subject.
• Strong mathematics and numeracy.
• Interest or experience in PCB design, power supply design, and semiconductor device testing.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment and basic programming is a plus.
• Proven curiosity about how electronics devices work.

Responsibilities

• Test and develop methods for semiconductor device testing in a dedicated lab.
• Work with and learn from senior electronics professionals and mentors.
• Interpret data, troubleshoot circuits, and validate test results.
• Apply curiosity and practical problem solving to daily tasks.
