Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an Electronics Test Development Manager in East Sussex. The role focuses on delivering and maintaining in-house in-circuit and functional test equipment for production, while leading a growing Test Engineering team.

The successful candidate will have proven expertise in PCBA test solution development and a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent within a fast-paced environment.

Are you an Electronics Test Development Manager looking to join an organisation working on Cutting Edge Technology and Products in the Semiconductor industry?

My East Sussex based client are a Market Leader who combine over 30 years of experience within the Semiconductor industry with the attitude and opportunity of a start-up company.They are looking to add a Electronics Test Development Manager to their expanding, high performing team.

The Electronics Test Development Manager will be responsible for the Test department providing and maintaining in-circuit and functional test equipment for in-house production.

This job is based in East Sussex but is commutable from Eastbourne, Bexhill, Hastings, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Heathfield, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford.

Key Skills/Knowledge required for Electronics Test Development Manager Job include:

• Proven expertise in developing test solutions for PCBA function testing and/or in-circuit testing, with familiarity preferred in platforms such as Keysight.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing Test Engineering teams, including mentoring, performance management, and talent acquisition.
